Team Manager - Part time

During this exciting time of change in our service, we’re looking for a part time Team Manager who will support and develop our team in Oxford for 3 days per week.

Our managers are key in ensuring the success of our teams and good outcomes for the children and families we support.

As someone with strong communication skills, you’ll build successful working relationships with both your own team and across the service, as well as with other professionals to shape, develop and deliver services effectively. You’ll work with the Service Manager in the development, delivery and review of services.

About the role

With extensive experience and skills in partnership working across Children’s Services, you’ll support your team by advising and make decisions on complex families when required, whilst protecting the time and space needed to support reflective practice.
